Darling cheerful yellow vintage knit sweater dress from the 1960s. Feels like a lighter wool blend. Has a short nylon zip up the back of the neck, long sleeves and is knee or above the knee length (depending on your height of course). Label reads: Jane Butler. I'd say in the medium range but do see the measurements below,

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36" at rest up to about 50" stretched
Waist: 32" up to 45"
Hips: 36" up to 50"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 38"
